About: Flypeople Ltd

The Flypeople-Skypeople group is a collection of highly experienced aviation specialists, who have been successfully delivering training and consultancy services to individuals and aviation businesses since 2013. Based in Malta, Flypeople is the sister company to Skypeople in the UK.

Our management team is comprised of individuals who have held airline nominated posts and senior positions in various aviation businesses in UK, Europe and beyond. Collectively the team have a common passion for enjoying delivering to the highest standard, through the power of personality and of course knowledge and experience.

We are privileged and proud to have an outstanding team of 35 energetic and skilled trainers across the Flypeople-Skypeople group; together they are specialised in safety, compliance, CRM, first aid, dangerous goods, security and customer service.

In addition to our training centres located near London Heathrow and close to Malta International Airport, we also travel worldwide delivering our services in venues to suit our clients and partner airlines.

Meet the Team

Collette

Director /

Head of Training

Collette started her flying career in 1982 and has flown as cabin crew for a number of airlines, charter, scheduled and VIP. More importantly, over the last 20 years her cabin crew career has progressed into senior airline management roles for three major airlines. Her reputation is both outstanding and unique.

Her experience is vast. Of particular note, she has led many national recruitment campaigns, and been responsible for the training of tens of thousands of cabin crew. This means she has experience in designing recruitment processes from inception to national delivery receiving excellent feedback for the candidate experience.

In previous years, whilst at Thomson Airways, Collette was responsible for all Cabin Crew training and recruitment, this included being the post holder for all Cabin Crew safety training.

Collette truly believes that the key to good training is to make it is as interactive and fun as possible. Training should not simply be a matter of information transfer - it should be a memorable experience - building enthusiasm, developing teamwork and forming relationships.

Louise

Operations Director /

Safety & Compliance Manager

Following two decades’ experience in aviation, Louise joined the skypeople-flypeople team at the beginning of 2019 to head up operations in Malta for flypeople. As well as having previously owned and managed her own successful business in UK, Louise has also been involved in start-up projects in the Middle East. Initiating her career as Cabin Crew, Louise has flown for and worked with various airlines and aviation businesses - from low cost to VIP, from flying schools to airline management companies, across 2 continents and four countries.

In recent years her career accelerated into a senior airline management role centred around her key strengths; operations and cabin crew management. She brings these skills to flypeople in a fresh and energetic approach, which we are sure will ‘take-off’ in Malta and Europe!

Louise believes that in order to deliver a fantastic product, there must be a strong, enthusiastic team behind it! Together with our team of hand-picked trainers, her endeavour is to earn a reputation for flypeople in Malta and Europe, as unique and outstanding as that of skypeople.
